CMG Hotels Ltd will be inaugurated in Tarime town, Mara region, on May 3 as a major window to attract local and foreign victors including tourists visiting the world-famous Serengeti National Park in Tanzania.

The state-of-the-art facility, owned by renowned entrepreneur in the Lake Zone, Christopher Mwita Gachuma, has been renovated to meet international standards available in major cities worldwide.

Equipped with all necessary services obtainable in the hotel industry, the facility is expected to place the fast-growing Tarime town in the global map as a new tourist destination in Tanzania and East Africa as a whole, according to Gachuma.

It’s located a few kilometres from the Tanzania-Kenya border and the World Heritage Site of Serengeti National Park, a strategic position which can act as a catalyst to increasing economic activities in the area apart from attracting both local and international visitors.

Tarime district residents – mostly farmers and livestock keepers – are upbeat looking forward to a new market of their produce in terms of increased need of food stuffs for the new hotel.
